Todd Minikus Qualifies for Rolex FEI World Cup Show Jumping Final

Last year, Minikus and Olinda were fifth in the Grey Goose Vodka CAI-W (N.Y.), fifth at the $100,000 Wachovia Securities American Gold Cup (Ohio) and sixth in teh $100,000 President's Cup (D.C.). This year, they were third in the $50,000 Rolex/USEF NHS Jumper Championship Round 1 CSI-W (Fla.). Pavarotti was second in the $150,000 CN U.S. Open Jumper Championship (Fla.) in March.

Pavarotti has been going very well. I'm not sure which horse Todd's taking. I think Todd's situation with both horses is that he hasn't had the high-level experience with them yet. But Todd is great, and he can pull out a lot of things. Todd rides as fast as anybody--he could win the speed leg for sure. But his challenge is going to be holding it togther for the two days after that.
